Why “Falling Apples”?
Sir Isaac Newton (no relation) developed his world-shifting theories by first, noticing the apple fall, second, reflecting on its possible meaning and mechanism, then taking action to formulate and share his observations. So the idea of paying attention and moving ideas forward is at the center of my beliefs about becoming a more effective leader. Plus, my mother’s maiden name was Apple, and she married a Newton. How could I resist ?
My commitment as a person, coach and consultant is to help develop leaders like you discover and be their best selves. To close the gap between role and real. To integrate your business sense, emotional intelligence, and leadership presence. You are more than just a critical thinker. Your feelings and your body are vast sources of knowing. Put them together and you are unstoppable.
Integrated leaders recognize and value the real, whole human beings who show up for a purpose they believe in, not just a paycheck. Your people long to give their all (just not all the time), tell the truth (without fear of retribution), be seen and heard (listened to instead of talked at), and contribute freely (without judgment). Let’s invite that possibility, then create the reality.
